- Bột chiên Đạt Thành - "fried flour", chive cake, yam cake (277 Võ Văn Tần, Ward 5, District 3)
"bột chiên" means "fried flour" but it's really a fried egg mixed with fried dough cubes. Hard to
describe but yummy.
